Modular Belts
Movex 7870 micropitch series is ideal for tight and short transfers, expecially for small products.
Belts wider than standard are available with 3 inch increments.
The nominal tensile strength and the nominal width tolerance are valid for a temperature of 23°C (73 °F).
The actual belt width may differ from the nominal value depending on the material used, with the following percentage tolerances:
For POM belts, the variation ranges from 0% to -0.5%.
For PBT belts, the variation ranges from 0% to -0.5%.
Non-Standard belt widths are incremented by 25.4 mm (1”). The minimum width is 50.8 mm (2.0”).
