Movex 7870 micropitch series (previous 510 series) is ideal for tight and short transfers, expecially for small products. *Belts wider than standard are available with 3 inch increments. The nominal tensile strength and the nominal width tolerance are valid for a temperature of 23°C (73 °F). The actual width of the belt typically falls below the nominal value by 0.1% to 0.3%. For POM belts up to 750 mm (30”) in width, the shrinkage ranges from -2 mm to 1 mm, and for those wider, from -0.35% to 0%. Non-Standard belt widths are incremented by 25.4 mm (1”). The minimum width is 50.8 mm (2.0”).
